POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🎤 Are you ready? The HANG is back! Join us Tuesday Aug. 12 from 6:30-9:00 pm at @neighborhoodtheatre for After “Idol”: Real Talk from Four of Our Own.

Charlotte talent—there’s so much!—has had its share of “American Idol” moments. We all know what it looks like on TV. But what is it like behind the scenes? Buddy-buddy, or backbiting? Was it life-changing? Or naah. @ablairemusic, @officialjoshking, @jurnee, and @thatwillwhite —each former contestants—share the highlights, the lowlights, and how their experience has shaped their careers.

We’ll start with Josh King sharing a couple songs. Next, we’ll move to the discussion, and then we’ll all hang. In between, check the local playlist, add to the Charlotte scene mood board, help us build the best damn music community around.

This is a FREE event! For all members of the Charlotte music community. Let us know you’re coming at the link in our bio!

Special thanks to our sponsor @mislabeled.productions!

Hosted by @musiceverywhereclt, @fairplayclt @toscomusic, @grindhausstudios.

Grateful to be joining the stage with advanced musicians, to play an instrument I am falling in love with everyday, and to become a better musician myself. Thanks for creating a very supportive environment for us new and upcoming musicians @nikhiluzgare73 @rocknationdxb !
