Coach Julian will lead us through a fun, engaging, & supportive strength session followed by Coach Shimmy who will lead us through a cool down stretch & mindfulness.

Here’s a lil snippet of the conditioning section at our one-year anniversary event!

3 stations.
Thrusters.
Plank saws.
Choice of cardio.
30 seconds one station, 30 seconds to get to the next.
Rinse and repeat.

@strengthsynergyoc 1 year anniversary recap!

To everyone who attended this past Sunday and have supported us this last year: thank you for sharing this moment with us. The energy was through the roof and I felt so much fulfillment watching you all train and enjoy yourselves after the class.

To the vendors: thank you for sharing your passions with us and with our class attendees. To be surrounded by small businesses owners keeps us inspired to grow. Can’t wait to see what yall do in the future!
