He was a light

He was one of the best humans I've ever met

He was more than just a training partner, he was my brother

I am absolutely heartbroken over the loss of an amazing person

Keith loved his family, friends, career, & Jiu-Jitsu

This hurts beyond words

We will always preserve his memory

We will NEVER forget

Saying Goodbye To People You Love

Jiu-Jitsu has provided me with experiences I never imagined possible

The greatest part has been crossing paths with some truly amazing people

I guess growing up is understanding that even the best of experiences/people will not last forever

I never thought I would be walking this earth without Keith around

We met through Jiu-Jitsu, but brotherhood became our bond

He was one of the best people I've ever met

To know Keith is a blessing

This hurts so much

It's never a vacation because she's my heart's home

It feels like the worst pain imaginable when I leave her

She raised me, but I never grew out of being her Ogito

She never abandoned me, she never made me feel less than, she made me feel safe

I am at peace when I'm by her side
