R.I.P Keith Willis 🕊 Sept. 16th, 2026

⬛️⬛️🟥⬛️

He was a light

He was one of the best humans I've ever met

He was more than just a training partner, he was my brother

I am absolutely heartbroken over the loss of an amazing person

Keith loved his family, friends, career, & Jiu-Jitsu

This hurts beyond words

We will always preserve his memory

We will NEVER forget

Rest In Power King ▪︎ Until Next Time

Saying Goodbye To People You Love

Jiu-Jitsu has provided me with experiences I never imagined possible

The greatest part has been crossing paths with some truly amazing people

I guess growing up is understanding that even the best of experiences/people will not last forever

I never thought I would be walking this earth without Keith around

We met through Jiu-Jitsu, but brotherhood became our bond

He was one of the best people I've ever met

To know Keith is a blessing

This hurts so much

Your memory will forever be persevered by me

Confidence is built in these moments

The kids find the technique awkward & difficult at first, but when they focus on the work, they begin to find success

They learn the value of consistency & practice

Not bad for their 1st time

One of the best things you can do for your children is getting them involved in a martial art.

Kids need better stimulation & enrichment than what can be provided from a screen

Send us a DM to schedule a free week trial for your little ones

Definitely, the highlight of the weekend was seeing them ride

I never got to do these types of things as a kid, so it's fulfilling seeing my kids experience it

There's no better job than being a parent

They're both really good kids and deserve everything they work for

Jiu-Jitsu equips people of all ages with the tools to become better versions of ourselves

Kids learn to overcome adversity through the physically demanding nature of the training

They learn to become more controlled through the understanding & application of submission holds

They learn discipline by having clear, consistent expectations set and proper support in place to help manage any issues

Most importantly, they learn how to properly defend themselves

We had a few of the wrestlers from our Nutley Rec team slide through to get some extra work in

They did a great job making the necessary adjustments and even hitting a few submissions
