I thought I’d share with you a little backstory of Ogging Squad and how it gave rise to Ogging Fit and the goals that we share as a group.

Please feel free to reach out if you think Triathlon or endurance sport is something you want to pursue because I’m happy to point you in the right direction or give you the answers.

As always keep Ogging 🏃🏃‍♀️

Our first race singlet and crop.

We went with a super breathable fabric for the upcoming summer weather. 80GSM.

Looking forward to seeing our Ogging athletes rep these.

Humbled at Perth marathon today
Official time 3:26:06 20min pb
Second marathon for the year and was definitely underprepared for it, was on track for sub 3:15 until 23km in when I blew tf up and got dropped by the pack😅 managed to limp and walk it home but happy with my result
Proud of @abbysnashall_ doing her first half marathon and thanks to @oggingcoach as always for the coaching by @oggingcoach

I’d say that’s a successful campaign.

Well done team @steve_gleeson @nick_thompson00

From Perth to the big island, who would have thought that a case of Emu back in 2021 to train for Busso 70.3 would lead to a few decent results across the world.

an experience of a lifetime! 🤩

Turns out I still love this sport and I couldn’t be prouder of myself!

I wouldn’t be here without the support of my closest people (you all know exactly who you are) through all the ups and the downs!

And to @jonsammut - well I definitely wouldn’t be here without you. Guiding me every step of the way, creating a beautiful community of absolute legends and being the most tenacious person I know - a true inspiration!

Nice, you were real nice 🤘 by @oggingcoach

Ironman 70.3 world champs 💛

I feel so grateful to have had so much support from my amazing family and friends, and to Rachel from @oggingsquad for your unreal coaching couldn’t have made it to the start line without ya. THANK YOU 🫶 taken in Nice, France by @oggingcoach

My greatest accomplishment to date. Thankyou @jonsammut for getting me to that start line. 🫶

With all the conversation recently surrounding the Novig x Sydney Sweeney campaign I’m sharing photos of myself that I nearly didn’t post at all. I still catch myself now feeling embarrassed of the way I look during this race, over celebrating the compliment itself.

We’re so often presented with polished versions of femininity and fitness that it’s easy to forget how beautiful it is to be capable of such great things.

And that’s hot x by @oggingcoach

Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast 🍍
Official Time 4:56:12
Such a amazing race for my first 70.3
Mother Nature decided to play her part with tough wind and heavy rain during bike and run
The swim was the calmest part of the day
I swam conservative l, biked hard but cautious in the wet and tried to push out a good half marathon but was held back by some little niggles but overall my best executed race and looking forward to the full, come end of the year.
Straight back into Marathon Block for Perth Marathon 😝
Shoutout coach @steve_gleeson at @oggingcoach for getting me prepped

Splits
Swim - 1:56 min/100m
Bike - 36 km/hr
Run - 4:57 min/km taken in Mooloolaba, Queensland by @oggingcoach
