55 YEARS OLD. STILL TRAINING. STILL HEALTHY. STILL GETTING BETTER. Jeremy is proof that martial arts isn’t just for fighters or young athletes.

Our gym is for everybody — every age, every experience level, every starting point.

If you’ve been watching and thinking, “Am I too old to start?” — you’re not.

Come stop by OG Training Center. Try a class. Meet the team. Start where you are. #jiujitsu #bjj #grappling #selfdefense taken in Riverside, California by @ogtrainingcenter

Inside @ogtrainingcenter 🎥🥊

Had the opportunity to spend some time behind the camera capturing the fighters, training and atmosphere inside the gym.

Appreciate the team for letting me come through and document the work. 🙏🏾

Looking forward to creating more cinematic content in the combat sports world.
