Combat S&C is one of the most fun and most confusing parts of the sport. 🥊

You need to be strong enough to pick up another person, fast enough to attack and evade, powerful enough to make your punches mean something, but have enough endurance to be able to stay in the fight, all while staying healthy, mobile and injury free while getting punched and kicked in the face. ❤️‍🩹

It’s a pleasure watching and guiding both the veterans and the new faces in the sport. ⚔️
