Always wanted a brother- so what a delight to be cast as @jonecker ‘s little sis on @doc_on_fox!! Clearly no fun at all on or off set with this wonderful cast and crew. Allie has OPINIONS, Allie has the TEA, Allie has too many margaritas and spills the BEANS. This post is LONG overdue, but catch episode 9, “Kaddish” streaming on Disney+ and Hulu! by @oheden

Please join me in wishing @babaktafti a very happy closing. I am in total awe of this man. Over the course of the past eight years I have, of course, become very familiar with his work, his process, his raw talent- always impressed, always his biggest fan. But this role was different. I have never witnessed anyone work so hard on a play in my life. His tireless dedication to understanding every breath, every word (literally every “um”,) every gesture. Slowly but surely finding his way to a character he couldn’t have been further from at the start. His absolute ease and embodiment of David is even more impressive than your average audience member could realize without seeing the sweat and tears that went into realizing this performance. Watching him on stage has made me fall in love with him all over again. So happy closing, my love. ♥️ Your #1 Fan taken in Atlantic Theater Company by @oheden

✈️🪂 For All Concerned Parties: We did, in fact, survive our epic skydive! Matthew and I opted to create a reenactment of our jump rather than purchase the footage. Nestled this jump into a lovely Santa Barbara weekend because if it were our last at least we would have gone out super chill? by @oheden

An interesting little fact about me is that I love Paris in the Springtime. (Really tried to abstain from a “Paris Pt. 2” post because ok we get it but started watching Étoile and feeling too many feels.) by @oheden

Check out my episode of @willtrentabc! Streaming on @hulu. Helen The Dog-Groomer goes on QUITE a journey. I couldn’t have had a better time working on this show- was treated like a princess from beginning to end! Such a joy to work with the BRILLIANT and LOVELY @rodriguezramon, @ianthasherii, @erikachristensen and #jakemclaughlin. Big thanks to the talented @britta_lundin for writing such a great ep and off-beat character that I had an absolute blast portraying, as well as the best team at @hckragency for getting me the opportunity, @julietuckercastingdirector for bringing me in and as always #rectangleentertainment. taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @oheden

Took me 10 million years to make this post because I’ve been so overwhelmed with joy and gratitude for the amazing group of actors who took this journey with @shannonmariesullivan and I. Humbled by folx flying in from LA, Texas, Florida, North Carolina and of course all of our NY friends. Impossible to choose just 10 photos to sum up our adventure- from deep, vulnerable exploration to camera work, morning yoga and breath work with the divine @marianna_mcclellan, to dance parties, sitting down to family meals 3 times a day, hikes, fireside chats, s’mores under the stars, forging new friendships, capturing our unique Selves in photos with mega-talent @shanihadjianphotography, giggles, many, many tears, hugs, joy, and breakthroughs- it was an absolute honor to guide such fine and talented folx to discover their true Essence. To reconnect to themSelves, and bring their Essential Elements into their work. I think I can say that we all walked away re-inspired, refreshed, and full of hope and excitement for our futures. I just love each and every one of these brave actors and can’t wait to do it all again. ❤️❤️❤️. @coachwitheden taken in The Catskills, New York by @oheden
