🌟 Introducing “ From Concrete to Ohm“ My journey unveiled 🌟 ✨Part 1- Roots & Rhythm ✨

Hey beautiful souls! I’m so excited to share with you a special mini series that takes you on a journey through my life and the creation of OHMIES!

🌟Part 1- Roots & Rhythm🌟

In this installment we embark on a nostalgic expedition through the streets of Lefrak City in Corona, Queens- the very place where it all began. Where my Ecuadorian heritage and the pulsating beats of Hip Hop, Reggae, Latin & R&B, in the 80’s, 90’s, and early 2000’s shaped my upbringing. Where the vibrant fusion of cultures and influences molded me into who I am today!

It holds immense significance for me to have created Ohmies with a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, just as it was instilled in me during my upbringing. In the same way that I was brought up surrounded by a rich tapestry of cultures and musical influences, I have strived to recreate that same sense of vibrancy and harmony within the walls of Ohmies!

We have created an environment where people feel seen, heard & celebrated. It's not just about practicing yoga; it's fostering connections, celebrating cultural exchange and embracing the richness that our differences bring ❤️

Thank you Ohmies tribe instructors & students for being who you are!. I am super grateful for you all! ❤️

Our breath is synonymous with our life. We enter life with our first inhale and exit with our final exhale.

Our breath serves as an extension our prana, life force. Having awareness of our breath strenghtens the connection to our physical body & reminds us to slow down 🌀

save this video + practice whenever you need a little pause.
