Completed my first HYROX on Sunday and I have so much to be thankful for. 🫶

Grateful for the best cheering squad: @misquared @hansel_h @doughyy_j + Adrian, and to everyone else who cheered us on from afar. Your energy and voices guided us all the way through, especially with those A+ signs. 💦

Thank you Do Hee, Grace and Aaron for being able to use your gym to practice on equipment we didn’t have access to. 🙏

Thank you to the hubs for continuing to encourage me and keeping me fueled over the last 4 months! 🍗

Thank you to the best HYROX partner I could ask for @dgj212 Who knew this random encounter through ClassPass would later translate to one of the best experiences in my life. 🥺

Also shout out @beastriver for being such a supportive and fun gym to train at. We’ll be back soon after recovering! 💪

The only person who didn’t believe I could do it was myself... so take that, past me 🫵😄! by @ohtea

We are pleased to introduce you to our artist behind the month of November, Olivia Trương @ohtea

🎨 Olivia Trương is a creative soul hailing from Toronto and now resides in New York City. She enjoys immersing herself in diverse culinary experiences and a myriad of eccentric activities to seek new inspirations and fuel her artistic endeavors.

🌱 For her illustration, she describes, “””We Are What We Heal”” depicts two figures nurturing a plant, its roots forming a hand that supports them in return. This illustration reflects the essential role of the communities we turn to for collective healing as we navigate the challenges of life.”

We’re grateful for Olivia’s beautiful contribution to our CÂYlendar 2025. by @ohtea
