STRETCH W/ ME!
My current show includes a whole lot of dancing and lifts and some pretty sick acro 😮‍💨 so alongside working out (occasionally 🥴) daily stretches are a must! And what better place to take care of your body than out in the sun!

It’s layering season and @uniqlocanada fall/winter 2026 collection has got you covered.

I got a chance to check out and style pieces from the collection and I loved what I was able to put together!

This collection is heavy on fleece, layers, comfort, and of course elevated style and I focused on 3 looks for 3 vibes. Your everyday fall run, a fall evening out, and a special event look.

What was your favourite look?

WHAT’S ON? TORONTO 🎭

It’s autumn but just the right time for Spring Awakening!

Before it became the Broadway musical so many of us know and love, it was Frank Wedekind’s controversial 1891 play and getting to experience the original story onstage as @soulpeppertheatre 26/27 season opener made me understand the musical in a completely different way.

Written over 130 YEARS AGO, this play remains as relevant today as it was even at the time of its musical adaptation!

If you know the musical, I think you’ll have a really interesting time seeing where it all came from.

And if you don’t? Come meet these interesting kids for the first time.

🎭 Spring Awakening
📍 @soulpeppertheatre
🗓️ Now playing until Oct 18

Tickets available through @soulpeppertheatre

WHAT’S ON? TORONTO 🎭

Some stories remind you just how much can exist between joy and heartbreak.

A Fine Balance is BIG in story, scale, history and heart but somehow still manages to feel incredibly intimate.

There are moments that’ll make you laugh, moments that’ll have you holding your breath, and moments that even I am still processing. 😮‍💨

All brought to life by an incredible ensemble of talented actors on stage and with the backing of a great team behind the scenes!

If you love theatre that completely transports you into another world, add this one to your list.

🎭 A Fine Balance
📍 @crowstheatre
🗓️ Extended until October 25

An evening well spent with @torontosymphony & @jeremymjordan at @roythomsonhall

What a magical night hearing the incomparable Jeremy Jordan perform some of the most beloved songs from throughout his career.

We’re talking West Side Story, Smash, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Les Misérables, The Great Gatsby, Newsies, and even a few Bobby Darin classics (which happen to be some of my favourite songs to sing at my own gigs), all backed by the incredible Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

One of the biggest highlights of the evening was watching the entire room leap to its feet after his flawless rendition of Santa Fe. Chills!

There’s something special about hearing a performer of Jeremy’s calibre accompanied by a full orchestra, it brings these songs to life in a completely different way.

I couldn’t have asked for a better midweek treat.

Only one show remains, so if you get the chance, go see it.

Made my way to the 🐦‍⬛ Crowsnest @crowstheatre for the opening night of Primary Trust!

This heartwarming production took me on an incredibly human journey, with hopeful and happy tears being the end point. 🥹

Making its Ontario Premiere with direction by @cherissarichards and starring Durae McFarlane as Kenneth, this Pulitzer Award-winning piece is sure to tug on the right strings of your heart.

Shoutout to the incredible ensemble cast: @djpaulydij (recently seen in “How to Catch Creation”), @ryanhollyman (recently seen in “Cicadas”), @peternbailey, and @daniloraytunes!

I also loved stepping into the Primary Trust universe by trying the signature cocktail at the bar “Mai Tai for Kenneth” which was absolutely delightful! 🍹

Altogether a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend you see this show!

🗓️ Primary Trust runs until June 21st, so be sure to grab a ticket soon!
