Hi!
I'm running out of reasons to be on social media. (Don't worry, I'll still be doing Reginald Tuesdays.) The conversations I have in the wild are better than those I could have on here. I'm lurking a bunch and watching strangers do things instead of doing my own things.

A heads up that, over Imbolc weekend, Grace and I are doing a plant weekend. Let me know if you want the details.

As any normal person would, I've made a google form in case you'd actually like to talk, come to things I'm doing, get invited to birthday season, etc. etc. I will not use your emails for anything nefarious, I promise - I might occasionally send you info on a show I'm in, or attach a piece of short fiction I've written recently, that sorta thing.

on this our 4th wedding anniversary, we went through all the wishes and advice and quotes that our peeps left in our wedding jar.

quotes ranged from Cleo Wade & Mary Oliver to Star Wars & SNL.
advice was, mostly, don’t stop talking to each other (and a special shout out to Emily Harvey who dropped the name of a therapist. ACTIONABLE.)
wishes were cute as hell from everyone.

we had wishes from people who aren’t with us anymore. from people whose weddings we got to attend, whose babies we’ve held. if you left us a wish in the wishing jar, we talked about you this morning and how glad we were that you were a part of our chosen family.

marriage is not for the faint of heart. this project is the hardest and most rewarding one, and it’s possible in no small part thanks to the friends and partners and family who remind us who we are, what we’re about, and that we’re worth fighting for.

four years is a fucking victory, and it’s not just ours - it’s yours, too.
thanks for being with us.

K- thank you for finding new ways to show up for us, to love yourself, and to tend to the soft animals that live inside our house. the life we’re building has already surpassed my wildest dreams. let’s keep going. by @ok.so.maddy
