Thanks to everybody who came out to Snow Park yesterday for the @daxleesbarbershop Chili Cook-Off.

A day of very good music from @saddadsanonymous , @bliss__abyss , and @stillyoungca . Offerings from the local chili barons. And local artisans pushing their wares, like a photo of a troll doll pushing a shopping cart full of chili that I bought from @xoxostevierose .

For one day, downtown Oakland was transformed into the Strait of Hormel. Raj came up with that.

More soon. Ask us to play, whether food is involved or not.

Music / Visuals by Raj K Ojha.

The visuals are patches I made based off of TouchDesigner tutorials by Bileam Tschepe and Pateka12. The “remix” is based off two Rhodes chords from a song by the German noise trio Laube.

“Sunny Day” at Bottom of the Hill last December. Half of the city’s electricity was out and BART was temporarily closed that evening. I really hope that has changed.
