I present to you: Foundations @foundationsthefilm

This project has been over a year in the making and I’m super proud of what we were able to do with this story. Bringing this film to life was one of the greatest joys of my life. Grateful for all of my collaborators and supporters.

Logline: When a father’s death leaves his home to the son who barely knew him, his two siblings on the brink of losing everything are forced to face hard truths about grief, pride, and what family costs.

2025…what a year. I took more risks this year than ever before. From auditioning for grad school to quitting my job and moving out my apartment. I read more. I’ve written more. I released my first short film and finished another. I’m proud. I’ve grown so much—spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. I fell deeper in love with myself and the life I’ve built. So many great things have happened. I told myself there would be change and there was. I took a break from the stage to reevaluate just what type of artist I wanted to be and I put an emphasis on discovery. I got to be apart of 2 of my Bestfriend’s wedding. I got closer to the people I love and forgave the people who I’ve felt wronged me before. Overall I learned to lead with love in everything I do and to stay curious. Through the mistakes and triumphs I’ve pushed through. If I’m being honest I’m leaving 2025 heartbroken. But sometimes you gotta break things down to build them back up. I love you guys. 2026 will be everything we imagine and more. by @okzoee
