Young Brooklyn is getting a little spooky. 🎃 Join us for Boo on Broadview for a night of shopping after hours, drinks, and hanging out with people from the neighborhood.

We’ll start the evening checking out @miscreantandthemuse and @bucklandmuseum, then head over to @witchdoctorcle for drinks and socializing.

Costumes are welcome, but not required. Come dressed up, come as you are, bring a friend, or come meet some new people.

Join OBCDC and the Old Brooklyn Tree Stewards for the second round of tree planting along Broadview Road. 🌲

You’ll get hands-on experience planting trees under the guidance of a professional arborist and our Tree Stewards. We’ll be digging, planting, mulching, and watering as we add more trees to the neighborhood.

There are some places where you can feel the warmth the moment you walk through the door, and El Rinconcito Chapin in Cleveland was one of those places for me.

I was greeted with such genuine warmth and hospitality, and it immediately felt like I had stepped into a place where the food, culture, and traditions really matter. This little Guatemalan restaurant has an authenticity and heart that made the whole experience special.

And then there were the Enrolladas… Absolutely delicious and exactly the kind of meal I love discovering when I'm exploring Cleveland's food scene. Even better? The value was incredible. A genuinely satisfying, flavorful meal without the big price tag.
Of course, I had to capture the place in a sketch. There’s something about drawing these local spots that makes me appreciate them even more — especially the ones that bring a little piece of another culture to our city.

Thank you, @elriconcitochapin.cle, for the warm welcome and a wonderful meal. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
Cleveland is pretty lucky to have places like this.
