Approaching the launch of our upcoming album “Small Fires” on Jan 19th, we’re excited to share our music video for “Shelter Me.” Collaborating with director @bobmiklet was a pleasure, and we’re eagerly anticipating the completion of our video for “The Flood.” taken in Greensboro, North Carolina by @oldheavyhands

Asphalt Dreams

We are all strangers here
In this town where we grew up
Where the street lights shine
On broken asphalt dreams
Let’s get on out of here
We’ll kick her down in gear
Ain’t no looking back
Honey you can do the same

It’s been a year or two
Or maybe quite a few
I can’t remember as good as I used too
Maybe your face will change
But your heart remains the same
Keep on keepin’ on this endless highway

Where midnight she knows our name

Guided by Fate again
Fueled on alcohol and sin
All these old scars
They show where we’ve been
Bury them deep inside
But there’s things we just can’t hide
Like this love for you
The fire still burn bright

Where midnight she knows our name
She don’t judge and she don’t blame
And midnight she knows our pain
She don’t judge and she don’t blame

Thank you to everyone one who has ever supported us in any way. We are forever grateful! The past 10 years have been a wild ride and we are truly thankful for the opportunity to have taken it with y’all. Everyone who ever sang, cried, laughed, spilt beers at show, bought a record, t-shirt, or listened; thank you. Without all of you this would have never been possible. And thank you to everyone that has ever been a part of OHH. We’re proud as fuck of the records we made together!
So, it is with an old heavy heart to announce we are putting Old Heavy Hands to rest.

🔥 One year ago today, we dropped Small Fires—and what a journey it’s been! 🔥
We can’t thank you enough for the love you’ve shown us. Whether you told a homie, shared a post, streamed the tracks, rocked the merch, or showed up to a show, we felt every bit of your energy.

This is just the beginning. Trust us—what we’ve got lined up this year will blow your mind. Stay tuned. 🔥 by @oldheavyhands
