You need to take this fall train ride at least once in your life! 🍂🍁🚂

Mount Washington Cog Railway is the world's first ever mountain climbing cog railway! Opened to the public in 1869, it climbs 6288' above the sea level to the highest peak in the Northeast! 🏔

Ascend through three climate zones (!) at 37° grade (the second steepest rack railway in the world!) to a rocky subarctic tundra, similar to that of far northern Canada.

At the summit, you'll stand where the strongest wind in history was recorded! Therefore, it's renowned as the Home of The World's Worst Weather! But clear conditions reward visitors with unforgettable 360° panoramic views from southern Quebec to the Atlantic ocean 90 miles away, including 5 US states (NH, ME, VT, MA, NY)!

Pro Tips:
📌 In the fall, book the last train ride at 4 pm to enjoy the golden hour and the sunset!

📌 For best seating, opt for the left side of the train (seats C, D, and E with E being the window seat) with Row 1 being the best for views! They do allow you to walk up to the front of the train to take pictures and videos while ascending.

📌 Dress in layers and pack warm clothing as it can get very cold at the summit

Isn't it the cutest thing you've seen all day? My little Ghosty Gal turned out so adorable! 👻 It's one of my softest, fluffiest, airiest loaves! 🤍

Her face is painted with black cocoa powder and the mix of Thai rice flour and red @watkins.1868 plant based coloring. The flower is held in place with my father's-in-law amazing honey that I often include in my bakes 🍯

I'm in love with this loaf! 🍁 I didn't have a maple leaf stencil so I free drew it straight on the dough - it is not perfect but the beauty is in imperfections... 🍞

P.S. I finally was able to achieve bright orange color that didn't turn into brown after baking! To get this shade of orange, I used 6g of 100% plant-based food coloring powder @gosupernatural 🧡
