Halloween Sourdough Pumpkin 🧡🖤

100g active sourdough starter
360g warm water
6 g 100% plant-based orange food coloring powder
500g unbleached bread flour
10g salt

Dissolve the powder in water before mixing it with the starter. Coat the shaped loaf with black cocoa powder right before scoring and baking. Bake covered at 430°F for 20 minutes, and then uncovered at 430°F for 10-15 minutes
