DAY 13 COMPLETE ✅🇺🇸

Today’s nomination came from Oli, Jeppo, Gill and Saunders, who donated an incredible £100 plus £25 Gift Aid and challenged me to complete my pull ups wearing my best Donald Trump outfit and impression 😭😭😭

So I headed down to the golf course to make pull ups great again 🦅

33 weighted pull ups completed, which means another 330kg lifted today 💪🏽

I can confirm they were huge pull ups. Possibly the greatest pull ups anyone has ever seen. Nobody does pull ups like me

That now takes the challenge total to:

429 pull ups ✅
4,290kg lifted ✅
5,710kg remaining 💪🏽

Massive thank you to the lads for the generous donation and for giving everyone a laugh in the process. All of this is to raise money for Mind in support of Tara running the London Marathon.

If you can donate, the link is in my bio. If you cannot donate, please like, comment and share the video. It all helps us reach more people and raise more money for an amazing cause 🙏🏽

Day 13 of 30 complete ✅

Bought a house, did it up, and the bank gave me most of my money back.

That's BRRR. Buy, refurb, refinance, rent, then go again with the same money.

It's how I've grown my own portfolio, and it's what I help other investors do with theirs.

Any questions, drop them below.

And just like that, we have a 4 year old in the house. It's crazy how I measure time by your age and milestones now.

I remember the day we brought you home, and we went straight back to hospital. It wasn't the easiest start, and I don't think anything can prepare you for parenting. It's a lot of learning on the job and winging it.

You're charming, well mannered, LOUD, but the most caring, thoughtful person I know, and that must come from your Mum.

Hands down the best job in the world is being your dad. Love you JVP mate x by @oli_panaro

Our annual trip to @casalezeno to see my Dad and his partner.

We're so blessed to be able to call this place our home for a few days a year.

It's been great to relax, recharge, and get ready to see this year out.

It's crazy to think 4 months ago Jack wouldn't dare get in a pool, never mind the sea.

Now he's canon bombing into every opportunity he gets. Consistency in his swimming lessons paying off, building his confidence.

Can't wait for next year 🇮🇹 by @oli_panaro

HOME MEANS MORE. 🏡🇸🇪

Going back to Sweden isn't just going on holiday.
It's going home.

It's a place that takes us straight back to being kids. The same smells, the same places, the same feelings and all those memories that never really leave you.

It's nostalgia.

It's family.

It's friendships that have lasted a lifetime.

It's the feeling of going back to a place time and time again and somehow feeling like you've never been away.

Because home is more than just a place you live.

It's where you put down roots.

It's where you make memories.

It's where you build friendships.

It's where your family grows.

It's your happy place.

And that's something we genuinely understand.

This is why selling homes means so much to us.

Because we know that behind every front door isn't just a property.

There's a HOME.

And when we're helping someone sell, we're helping them close one chapter so they can start another.
Their next home.

That's what we want Next Home Estates to be about.
Not just selling houses.

Helping people find their NEXT HOME. 🏡
