Sending love to all seeing this! by @olivellis

To the woman I met in Mexico over 10 years ago: I don’t know your name, where you live, and I have no way to contact you. But I know your story and it’s important I put this out in the universe.

*this is a long one, but the story can be found in all pics* by @olivellis

I think we’re told from a young age that life is a series of events down a road that was mapped out way before we were even born: you go to school, get the job, meet the person, start a family, retire, etc. But I heard someone once say that life isn’t linear. And this I know to be true. Instead of the one linear path, my journey has had a few zig zags and oftentimes I feel it has taken on the trajectory of a cat: feeling like I’m living 9 lives in this lifetime.

When one chapter comes to a close, I’ve started trying to embrace it by asking myself the question: what does my next incredible life look like? What magic is hidden - yet to be uncovered?

To those that relate: cheers to us! We may not take the fastest route to our destination, but at the end of the day, was it ever really about the destination?

New mantra: Be a cat. Live 9 lives in this lifetime.

Swipe to see the close up of my top when filming The Cat Ride. This would also be a time where I’d say a cat pun, but I’m simply not feline it… 😌

P.S. I don’t know the person’s name who said that quote but I think they were in the Corps of Cadets at VT! Credit where credit is due! If you know someone who said it, feel free to tag them!

The words you choose matter.

In our latest quarterly course, Spinning® Master Instructor @olivellis explores why riders often respond better when we coach what we want them to do, rather than what we want them to avoid.

Find “Positive Coaching” on SpinU and the Spinning® app.

Don’t have the app yet? Download it from the App Store or Google Play, or click the link in our bio to get 30 days of free access. No payment. No commitment. by @olivellis

Overwhelmed by how fun today was with these 3 at the Spinning® Instructor Certification in Venice, CA at headquarters. Not only did they all catch on wildly fast but I’m beyond moved by what an incredible bond was formed. Also, this group hilariously left with new “instructor names” they brainstormed for each other (poses resemble their personas) 😂 not over it.

Can’t wait to follow your journeys and continue to cheer each of you on in this next step! CONGRATULATIONS!! ✨

I’ll never be able to fully explain this feeling.

Riding with our international community is the privilege of a lifetime. To our riders from Malta, Poland, Austria, the United Kingdom, Malawi, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Greece, Sweden, and beyond- thank you.

Thank you for the energy you brought, the passion you have for this program, and every pedal stroke you shared this weekend.

What we experienced together is so much more than riding stationary bikes. It is connection. It is unity. It is a shared feeling of lightness, joy, and elevation that transcends languages and backgrounds.

And as we leave the event and return to our lives, it’s a reminder that this community continues to resonate.

This 3 day event was hosted by @krisonthebike @thezonemalta @spinningmalta. It takes a lot to plan an event like this. But Kris created the most remarkable experience.

Thank you all for an incredible weekend. Can’t wait to reunite at another international event hopefully soon! 🫶 by @olivellis

Welcome to The Purified Zone — the official opening of something extraordinary. This is more than a workout. It’s more than a ride.

This is where your journey begins — a mind-body-soul experience that will change the way you move, feel, and connect.

The Purified Zone is not a place.
It’s a state of absolute presence.
A space where everything aligns: body, breath, beat, and energy.
Over 200 minutes, three powerful rides melt into one seamless, flowing experience. You don’t know where one ends and the next begins — and that’s the point. Time blurs. Thought dissolves. You’re not riding a bike — you’re riding a wave of energy.

The music leads the way. It’s not just heard — it’s felt. In your heartbeat. In your legs. In the way you close your eyes and let go.

It will lift you when you’re breaking and hold you when you’re flying. The beat never stops. The energy never drops.

You won’t know what’s coming next — and that’s exactly what makes it unforgettable.
