Purple belt🟪

End of a chapter and the start of a new. This ment so much to me. Yesterday i was promoted to purple belt byy coaches @midt_livs_krisa @xopher81 @muskelmannen.einemo and im so grateful. Grateful for all the years, all the hard rounds, all the motivating words and all help. ❤️❤️❤️

@novusmma has been my 2nd home for 9 years now and i could not ask for a better gym, environment, and people. Thank you for all the hard rounds and every session❤️

Today i became the ibjjf 2024 European champion😁 i am so happy for everyone believing in me and helping me everyday❤️

Vi er stolte av å ha inngått en samarbeidsavtale med Oliver Gahrmaker Hjermstad (19) fra Skedsmokorset! 🤝🥋

Han satser på brasiliansk jiu-jitsu, og med et EM-gull i bagasjen fra 2024, går gan nå all in for en internasjonal karriere.

Årets store mål er å kjempe mot de aller beste i de største internasjonale mesterskapene. Vår jobb blir å optimalisere, rehabilitere og forebygge.

Vi gleder oss over å kunne støtte lokale utøvere som tør å satse stort, og ser frem til å dele mer av hvordan vi jobber med idrettsmedisin i praksis.

Just disappointed. Thats all i got to say.

Thankful to be able to travel the world doing what i love. And thankful for all the support and help i get on the way🙌❤️ already back home adjusting and fixing the mistakes and I’ll be back in the pyramid next year!🌎
