The Eclipse ? Yeah we didn't feel a thing... was a totally normal night tbh by @oliverjamesbroughton_

@theinnerassembly -January can often feel bleak in this side of the hemisphere, cold damp and dark. It's strange how we can see ourselves in other peoples stories, a strangers song lyric personifying the exact emotion you have been afraid to process. A personal anecdote shared with humor, absolving yourself of a shame you carry around some of your own stories, a tragic tale spoken by the person who lived it, showing us the strength it takes to be vulnerable. To exist in a world where creativity lives mostly online - in dense algorithms, lasting 20seconds, posted into the abyss of a FYP. To know creativity can exist outside of the perimeters of professionalism, knowing the true essence of expression doesn't have to have an outcome. It is the natural curiosity of the mind to wonder, to imagine, to create. This is the true medicine to a bleak January. I believe this is the medicine to life.
Round two of my Creative Love-in a re imagining of a night born in my old Cafe in the Jungle of Ubud Bali, celebrated creativity and community through sharing, listening and concentrating an energy to nourish us in all aspects of our life, THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CAME, SHARED AND RECEIVED 🌀If this is how the year starts im excited to see where it flows 🛸🌀 more to come

Let's all normalize wearing the same pjamas every day for a week whilst exploring @tulahclinicalwellness new wellness facilities in Calicut, India. Blending Ayurvedic, Functional and modern medicine 7 days to metaphorically and literally "look inwards" thanks to meditation, rituals, sound healings and top of the range diagnostics, slide 2 is the adjustment I truly never knew I needed. The last slide is me singing the Geyatri Mantra in the largest sound dome in the world, I first learnt this mantra in 2011 in North Queensland Australia and to experience its frequency under the guidance of our teachers Tulåh was pure magic 🪄 🔮 by @oliverjamesbroughton_
