a wknd full of joy ❣️ #roundhouseredemption

this weekend was so powerful!! i see the lord working in every single person in my small group at retreat. i LOVED hearing from people who i haven’t gotten to know well. the lord truly shows in those around us! my small group had some of the best conversations with each other. a friend in my small group shows god’s love so evidently and has gone through a similar situation as me and said this to me:

“the best thing you can do to them is show God’s love, even if they may not accept it”

this is so powerful! as christians, we are called to show the love of Christ! this is such a challenging thing to do sometimes, but in these times we need to lean on the lord. he will guide you and give you wisdom to share the gospel with others! what a sweet week it has been!!

THANK YOU JESUS for the ways you moved at church camp this week!! a week full of worshiping the lord, making new friendships, late night chats, and powerful services.

one of my biggest takeaways from this week is that if we aren’t moving forward in our faith, we are moving back. we can never stand still in our relationship with christ. we should always seek him!! another thing that moved me this week was all the lives given to christ. people had the opportunity to go up and ring a bell as a first time believer. something about hearing the ringing was SO inspiring. it showed how much jesus is moving in this generation.

i’m so grateful for all the friendships i made this week. anddddd shoutout to my small group leaders @alyswanky and @catalina__nicole this week! i couldn’t imagine a camp without you there. best role models ever!!
