🚨 Arrive 15-30 minutes before class to fill out proper waivers and STRETCH!

I love kids as much as you do, but unfortunately we do not have child care ☹️ we ask that you please leave the kiddos at home while you come and train.

Thanks for understanding and I CAN’T wait to share the mat with you.

LET’S GO!

🚨 GUEST INSTRUCTOR ALERT 🚨

Professional athlete Daejon Love is taking over Strength & Conditioning—because why not?

Come train like a professional athlete… or at least look confident enough that nobody questions it.

If you can fake it, you can make it.
If you can’t make it, blame the coach.

No experience required—clearly. 😌

have you been here? 🥊 i love this place! they made me feel so comfortable for my first strength and conditioning class. ⭐️👀

everyone is so kind, they are a tight knit community (made up of mainly women) but are so welcoming and helpful!

love how the trainers prompt and support if you’d like to increase your weight mid set 🥵

📍 @ollin.atletico is located on Lincoln Ave in San Jose. They have a parking area along the side + additional parking very nearby.

Work out classes are my new jam 😱👏✨ Thank you for having me 🥰
