Just over a month ago I did Ironman Texas 🇺🇸
.
It’s taken me the month to fully feel normal again; post race blues + the combination of your body just feeling rough made it hard to get back in the swing of things 🫥
.
I’ve just started fully back into my training and hoping to get a few races in this year before my big race in September ‼️
.
Thankyou everyone for the support of my Ironman, for all those who watched online, messaged me and most importantly @ttillystrange who is the best support I could ever ask for ❤️
.
The importance of doing hard things is growing in the world but still massively under appreciated. If you see this post; go out a do something out of your comfort zone. If I can help in anyway I will!✌🏼
.
Up next : @julianalpstrailrun - coming for ya 🏔️

IRONMAN 🫵🏽
.
This was my first ever triathlon and wow was it fun
.
🏊🏼- 1hr25m
🚲- 6hr30m
🏃🏼- 4hr17m
.
I’m so grateful for all the support, especially @laurencooperj @ttillystrange @ironbodz you guys really made this experience for me
.
@ironbodz is honestly the man, get at his DMs for some coaching or something because this guys can inspire and help you achieve great stuff
.
If you’re thinking about a full Ironman, just sign up, just do it and find out. A year ago today I couldn’t even run a full marathon, I didn’t even think about swimming and I didn’t own a bike. But you can make it happen I promise ❤️
