“Goodnight” “Are you sure you don’t want to come?” *I nodded yes” - “I love you!!” *You smiled” - “I love you too!!” We hugged… I’ve re-played this: our last conversation we had face to face after my party over and over in my mind so many times… I wish now I would’ve gone with you that night and somehow change how things happened… “pero el hubiera no existe” I could go on an endless rant and pour all my emotions here.. all the rage, denial, shock & sadness of loosing you… (believe me at first is all I wanted to do- why I avoided social media and others all together) But I know you wouldn’t want that… You were so pure like that, so happy & positive; always cheering others up, not dueling on the past & focusing on the present; just with your presence you would light up the whole room ☀️ and you continue to do so everytime I think of you. I instantly smile when I remember how calm & chill we were when we faced our first hurricane together, of all those times we went dancing, when I opened up about being depressed and you comforted me, our birthday party and us rocking our Mario & Wario outfits, all those trippy trips 🍄 where we would look at each other and say “nah, I’m not feeling it” (moments later be 🚀”yes I do!!”) haha that amazing trip to Bacalar celebrating an incredible year working together, playing jenga, cards, watching Dave Chappell stand up show and that car ride back to playa where we took turns sleeping on each other’s lap. Watching Rick & Morty - I can still hear you mouthing every single line, going to the gym and eating infinite waffles at @om_piiko & @julianhierro … and ofc one of my favorites- That last night I saw you… we were under the starry sky running, chasing the waves, watching them crash over and over again… 🌊🌌 Each memory is followed by the most amazing hugs you gave me!! Thank you Joe, for everything!! For connecting me with amazing humans I now view as family, for all the good times and even tho will always have a hard time accepting/loving what is… i surrender and smile knowing we will meet again… till then; I’m sorry.. Please forgive me.. Thank you.. I LOVE YOU JOE!! Forever in my heart ♥️ Rest In Peace✨ by @om_giigo
It all started with one message… We lived on opposite sides of the world 🇩🇪🌍🇲🇽 And now we are building a life together in Mexico ♥️ A little over a year ago we connected through a post about animal liberation… What began as a simple conversation slowly turned into something neither of us could have imagined!! Two people with the same values + same mission!! Through activism and countless conversations about the future… we realized we had found home in each other 🫂✨ Last Friday in Costa Rica, surrounded by jungle and our loved ones, we took the next step… We said YES to a life together!! YES to building something bigger than ourselves!! YEEESSS to love, purpose and our future ahead!! The beginning of a new chapter… ♾️💍💛!! #444 by @om_giigo

We’re deeply grateful to share our life with someone who understands that animals are individuals, not resources and that their exploitation must end. But feeling understood shouldn’t depend on finding a vegan partner. Living in a world that treats animal exploitation as normal can feel isolating. Every vegan deserves people who share their conviction, understand the emotional weight and encourage them to keep speaking up. That’s why we created a private community for vegans who want genuine connection, mutual support and the confidence to become stronger activists without burning out. You don’t have to carry this alone. A few incredible activists and me are pouring so much energy into this project and I’m very excited to share it with you. Comment “TRIBE” and I’ll send you all the details about joining us 🫂 You found your people. #veganism #vegancommunity #notalone by @om_giigo
Animals are individuals, not resources. Their emancipation begins when we refuse to participate in their exploitation. Who do you choose to be? #notalone #relatable #vegans by @om_giigo

Not your body. Not your baby. Not your choice. Not your freedom. by @om_giigo
I challenged myself to remake one of the very first challenges we created 10 years ago!!!! I picked my 3 favorite routines from the challenge and I’ll be repeating them for the next 4 weeks (with 1–2 rest days between sessions) 💪🏼🔥 Just 2 sets of each exercise and wow… 🔥😵 my abs are already screaming 😅 I forgot to take my progress pictures today jiji (I’ll take them tomorrow + share at the end of the challenge) Excited to post Day 2 tomorrow!! I’m curious to see what adding this little challenge to my routine will do over the next 30 days!! And don’t forget… nutrition and tracking play a BIG role in seeing results too!!!! I’m tracking my macros and fueling my body with @birdman_life 💚🌱💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️ Want to do the challenge with me? Comment or DM me ABS and I’ll send it to you!!! by @om_giigo
I know these kinds of posts don’t usually get a lot of likes or love here on IG lol (they’re not bikini pics or anything) 😅 But I want to start sharing more of my raw training sessions (like I do on Hevy) in the hope they inspire you to stay consistent, too!!!! So use this post for a little extra accountability 💪🏼 Tell me in the comments: — What are you training today? — What’s your main goal for the week? Mine is Leg day + crush all my 5 workouts for the week!! I’m so happy I was able to hit a few PRs this session!! Squats have never been my forte compared with hip thrusts (my strongest lift!!!) + deadlifts jejeje so I made them a priority this meso to build strength and improve form. It’s PR WEEK so I made sure to push closer to failure 💪🏼 I’ve been trying a few different variations each session, too. Today was front squats (which I love!!) followed by reverse lunges and partial hip thrusts on this machine I wish we had in Playa!! I love it!!! 😍🌱💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️ In between sets I made sure to sip on my BCAAs from @birdman_life to stay strong and fueled for my lifts!!!! by @om_giigo
Who do you see? Do you see her? Do you see him? If you’re against animal oppression and exploitation and would like details on how to join our membership, comment or DM us “someone” 🐕🐄🐘 by @om_giigo
DAY 2 of the Abs on Fire challenge 🔥 Second routine done one more to go!!! I’m excited to repeat these 3 workouts and keep improving on each movement over the next few weeks!!! Every time aiming for better control and slower tempo!! Chiseled abs are nice but a STRONG core is more important (if you ask me jiji) that’s why I am very excited to give this area more focus!! 💚🌱💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️ Resting 1–2 days between sessions Posting the last routine tomorrow!! Much love to all!! by @om_giigo
