Last prep of the season… and somehow I’m still standing. 😂 Tired, hungry, but definitely not done. One more time. 💪🏽🔥” taken in Los Campeones Gym Columbus by @ombarber69

At 57, I’m still learning, still growing, still chasing a better version of myself.

Olympia Amateur was another chapter — not the finish line. 💪🏽🔥

Egg Pancake
Never though I would enjoy them so much 🤪🤪😂

Well… they were supposed to be pancakes 😂 but we accidentally created some pretty delicious protein crêpes!

Recipe:
5 egg whites + 1 whole egg
1 scoop whey protein
A little cinnamon
Splash of vanilla
Tiny bit of baking powder
A little water as needed to thin the batter

Blend everything together, pour a thin layer into a nonstick pan, cook until golden, flip and voilà! @

Top with berries, cinnamon, or whatever fits your macros. 🍓🫐

16 weeks between these two pictures and the exact same bodyweight. Crazy to see how much can change without the scale moving.

A completely different approach for me this time and not much time to work with, but with @coach.rafaelzimmermann I brought my absolute best to the stage yesterday. He was checking on me multiple times a day going into the show and adjusting things whenever needed, and that really made the difference.
special thanks to the great team behind every detail on the preparation for every show
@garys_a_barber I can’t ask for a better husband and partner
Posing @officialcakefactoryfitness

It still feels unreal that I got to step on the Amateur Olympia stage here in Las Vegas 🇺🇸

Figure is sometimes referred as a beauty pageant with muscles. Woman’s Physique requires a little more size, more conditioning and focuses on more bodybuilding poses. @ombarber69 has always wanted to compete in this division along with figure. Another good grow season paired with her tenacity to do what it takes to get ripped will get her there. @coach.rafaelzimmermann has done a great job with her. They have a good connection and he establishes goals collaboratively which goes a long way in helping someone reach their maximum potential. by @ombarber69
