Figure is sometimes referred as a beauty pageant with muscles. Woman’s Physique requires a little more size, more conditioning and focuses on more bodybuilding poses. @ombarber69 has always wanted to compete in this division along with figure. Another good grow season paired with her tenacity to do what it takes to get ripped will get her there. @coach.rafaelzimmermann has done a great job with her. They have a good connection and he establishes goals collaboratively which goes a long way in helping someone reach their maximum potential.

Self Improvement can lead us to improving our attitudes, our health, our emotional stability, our physiques, and our ability to understand nature, spirituality and ourselves. Sometimes it’s realistic to choose one are for improvement. Over the past few years I have been working on all of them. I am getting closer to wrapping up a 3 month health phase. A phase through the guidance of @coach.rafaelzimmermann that has focused on getting my health in the best place possible before starting a growth phase where my focus will shift to putting on quality size. It’s important to be specific with the improvement goal. My feedback has been the need to improve mass in upper chest, develop more size in glutes and hamstrings. It is more challenging to put on size as we age especially on our lower half. Everything has been aligned to get the smallest results. Macros, calories, sleep, training intensity, supplementation and stress management. My leg training music this year is all Stevie Nicks. Far from the old days of Hells Bells AC/DC. Looking forward to the challenge of staying on point.
