I can’t begin to explain how fortunate I feel. Getting to work with some of the best growers in the world, getting to rub, smell and eventually brew with the best Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic I have ever seen. Beer is never better than what goes in, and these farmers/heroes make it happen every day. Now back to church ⛪️ head down, fully focused on serving up the best hoppy beer we can dream up.

𝕯𝕯𝕳 𝖂𝖍𝖆𝖙 𝕱𝖗𝖊𝖘𝖍 𝕳𝖊𝖑𝖑 (2026)

One of our absolute favorite 𝕷𝖎𝖖𝖚𝖎𝖉 𝕾𝖕𝖊𝖑𝖑𝖘 we’ve ever released was 𝖂𝖍𝖆𝖙 𝕱𝖗𝖊𝖘𝖍 𝕳𝖊𝖑𝖑 in 2025 — the very first fresh-hopped West Coast IPA we ever brewed. A collaborative effort with some of our best friends in the industry, @omnipollo and @troonbrewing. 🖤

This year’s edition is double dry hopped, featuring Strata Hyperboost, Strata T-90, Strata Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo and it is absolutely loaded with even more fresh Strata hops than last year, at a 16.66 lb per bbl ratio and a slightly modified grist for extra FOAM retention - 𝟔.𝟔𝟔%

It will be available on draft and in cans to go today at open.

P.S. At this point, it has become a tradition of ours to host Henok from @omnipollo at the Scorched Chvrch this time of year and 2026 is no exception. Come by and say hello to the legend himself. He’ll be around for a few hours!🍻

🤯 A quarter of a million cans shipped🤯(255 240 to be exact). Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine this. When we started the pilsner🍺program at the Church ⛪️ , it was simply about brewing the precision beers we wanted to drink.

💦🤯🤯💦Ive been wanting to make this beer forever. Less dense than water (Plato -0,8) and hopped multiple times singularly with our select @yakimachief CITRA 🌳 👉🏽OMNIPOLLO®️ VANISHING POINT EXTRA PALE PALE ALE (5,9%). It vanishes.
