It's no exaggeration to say that Trail Angel @missroxyflower has rescued countless people's races this year.

The running world is full of people who give up their time, and energy, to support others - honestly, it's remarkable - but even so Rachel stands out.

For those that haven't heard the legend...

Rachel has been at every @wildhorse200 and @onaseries race this year, right from registration until the very last runner crossed the finish. She places herself at points throughout the race with a van full of food, drinks, and moral support.

Sideways rain, she's there. Middle of nowhere, she's there. Blistering sunshine, she's there.

Sometimes she's dancing in the road, other times she's got her van lit up like a christmas tree.

She gives more than anyone could comprehend, because she wants to see everyone get that finishers medal.

I sense that it's not really about the snacks - although I'm damn sure they're taken gratefully! - it's about that ellusive quality Rachel has to help people run on feeling lifted and a little lighter.

So Trail Angel, Van Lady, or even just Rachel this is for you.

I knew my words would never do justice so I brought in some people whose might. by @onaseries

It was special to watch @plodtv & @danielwilliams448 finish the Divona 100, knowing that both men had pushed beyond their limits to get there.

@plodtv had just finished running 3 100 milers back to back in 6 days. A absurd challenge dreamt up by @willfrasercoombe to raise money for @sportinmind

@plodtv should be studied by scientists, but the results should be locked away for the good of us all 😂

His 2026 looks a little like this:

100 miles around a roundabout
@thespeedproject
6 ultramarathons with @pegasusultrarunning
South Wales 200 & Mid Wales 200 with @wildhorse200
3 x 100 milers with @epona100ultra, @sirona100ultra & @divona100ultra
3 Canal races with @canalracecic (145, 130 and 40 miles respectively)
3 back to back 100 mile runs in 6 days for @sportinmind (replicating the @onaseries )

Reflecting on all this, it occured to me that I never even questioned that @plodtv would finish it all - Which in itself is remarkable.

We're used to seeing Plod do impossible things but let's not get used to how remarkabke this is.

I also want to make sure @danielwilliams448 gets his flowers here. He ran @epona100ultra a few months ago - his first 100 miler and something he didn't expect to achieve - and here he is in the video finishing his 3rd to complete the @onaseries

A remarkable achievement in itself and a pure display of determination and self belief.

There's a risk this crazy stuff becomes normalised, especially when I have a front row seat to lots of them, but I'm determined never to overlook the scale of achievement. by @onaseries

The final finishers of the Divona 100 and boy did they earn those 100 mile buckles.

Annie Hendon and Shaun Malloy dealt with the truly brutal conditions longer than anyone else, and we were so proud to see them cross that finish line.

DIVONA100 came to a close this morning with the final two runners crossing the line just before 7:30am this morning.
A brutal forty nine and a half hours out in the wild Mid Wales weather tackling moorland, high river crossings, and bog land.
The remote green desert of Wales pushed every single runner to their limit and turned out to be a perfect tough challenging final race to close the ONA series.

It’s been an absolute privilege to be there to witness and capture a small part of everyone’s story in these beautiful surroundings this weekend and to be there at the finish line is always a huge honour.

Ben Wernick waltzed into the finish in the early hours of this morning like he'd just been out for an easy weekend trot.

Instead, he'd just won the Divona 100.

100 miles of almost constant rain and wilderness.
