Grateful is an understatement. 🙏🏾🌴🏆

Came to the Bahamas for President’s Club ’26 to celebrate an accomplishment I worked extremely hard for!

Swimming with dolphins, making memories, laughing, enjoying paradise… these are the moments that remind me what all the hard work is really for. ❤️🐬

Proud of what I accomplished. Thankful for the opportunity. Blessed to have my family right there with me to experience it all.

The award is special, but the memories are priceless. 🏆🌊🌴

There’s nothing like Friday Night Lights. 🏈

Coaching the best team sport in the world will bring out EVERY emotion in you — excitement, frustration, intensity, pride, passion… sometimes all in the same quarter. 😂

But no matter what the scoreboard says or how the game is going, one thing about me will never change: my passion, my coaching style, my delivery, or my message.

I expect A LOT out of my defensive line because I know what they’re capable of. The standard is the standard. Every snap. Every quarter. Every Friday night. 💯

Friday night was an ESPN CLASSIC. Back and forth. Emotional. Physical. Came down to the wire. But when it was time to make the plays that mattered most… WE MADE THEM.

Wasn’t perfect. Wasn’t pretty. But we found a way.

We’re 1-1. We know the standard. We know there’s work to do. Enjoy the win, learn from it, and then it’s right back to work. 🎯

On to the next. 🏈

10 years ago, I got told “you’re not ready.”

A year ago, I got a call from Josh Felder… and everything changed.

Back in 2015, I interviewed with Cintas and didn’t get the job. They said I needed more sales experience.

Fast forward a decade… same opportunity, different man.

Earned my territory in 8 weeks (company avg: 17–18).
3 straight Summit Awards… and counting.
Now chasing President’s Club.

Looks quick… but this was 15 years in the making.

I’ve sold cars, apartments, payroll, managed accounts—you name it. Took losses, learned lessons, stayed consistent.

And now? I finally found a place I can call home.

A place where I can grow, provide, be recognized… and still have balance.

For the first time since college football…
I wake up excited to go to work.

No stress. Just purpose.

Man… this was a big full circle moment for me yesterday! It was Good Counsel’s football banquet and my daughter was with me. Two years ago Good Counsel entered my jersey into the GC Wall of Fame and I was honored by getting my jersey hung on the wall! My daughter looking up at her daddy’s jersey, at her future high school brought me so much joy! That’s legacy. That’s impact!
