The Hesi/ Stutter Bull Rush.

Don’t rush the rush. Make the tackle react first, then attack the space he gives you.

Slow to fast. Get him leaning, then take his balance.

Study the rep. Steal the move.

Violent shoulder turn starts with violent intent.

Save these drills and build the ability to snap that shoulder through contact instead of catching blocks flat.

This drill forces athletes to bend, stay under control, and accelerate through tight angles—just like turning the corner on a pass rush. The better you can control your body while leaning at speed, the more dangerous you become off the edge.

I have always wanted to play wide receiver but the opportunity hasn’t presented. After two years of playing multiple positions, wide receiver was still a goal for me so in March I began training like a receiver. This week at the @gcfalconsfootball prospect camp I had the opportunity to get focused reps at wide receiver and ended the week as the Wide Receiver MVP.
