Yesterday, we said thank you the best way we know how — with gentle movement and sound. 🎐

Yin Yoga + Live Flute Soundbath for our essential workers, right here in St. Albans, NY. Deep bows, longer holds, and live flute layered over crystal bowls with a gong bath to help nervous systems finally exhale.

This is the work — creating pockets of stillness for the people who rarely get to receive. Grateful for every body on a mat yesterday, and for @danakhumphrey for guiding us through the Yin yoga space alongside the sound. Grateful to Esther LeLievre for bringing us out.
