Join us in Maspeth on November 20th! Candlelit Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

Fri, 11/20/26 7:00-8:30 PM EST
at Queens Community Yoga (55-25 69th Street 1st Floor Maspeth, NY 11378)
Join Dana Humphrey and Onel Mulet for an evening of candlelit yin yoga and sound.

Dana will guide you through a slow, grounding Yin practice, using blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to support the body as you settle into longer-held postures and release tension.

From there, you’ll settle in and get comfortable for a sound bath led by Onel, a certified sound therapist. Using gong, crystal singing bowls, indigenous percussion, and a variety of flutes, Onel will create a rich soundscape designed to invite deep rest and relaxation.

Come ready to slow down, get cozy, and give yourself some time to simply be.

Mats and props are provided. Beginners are welcome, and no prior yoga or sound bath experience is necessary.

Fall itself is a season of shedding — the trees showing us what letting go can look like when it’s beautiful instead of feared. Paired with the ocean at our backs, this is an evening built for release: for using sound to move what Venus retrograde is stirring up, and to prepare the nervous system for the deeper work ahead.

Guided by Sound Therapist and musician Onel Mulet, offering live instrumentation and deeply intentional sonic textures, you’ll be invited to release tension, recalibrate your nervous system, and open to clarity, connection, and abundance. As these celestial bodies align, so too can your inner world—balancing masculine and feminine energies, grounding emotion, and amplifying your natural magnetism.

Whether you’re seeking restoration, inspiration, or simply a moment to tune out the noise and tune into yourself, this experience offers a powerful reset under a sky that rarely speaks this clearly.
Come lay down, listen deeply, and align.

$20 per person ($15 for members) payable day of the event
