A business can have many departments. Many functions. Many priorities.

But it has one purpose. One mission. One organization.

Finance affects creativity.
Leadership shapes culture.
Culture influences communication.
Communication carries strategy.
Strategy determines whether purpose becomes performance.

Nothing operates in isolation.

Yet most organizations still measure these functions separately, revenue over here, culture over there, marketing somewhere else, without measuring the relationships between them.

That’s the missing layer.

If the organization is one interconnected system, we need a way to see where energy flows, where it gets constrained, and how misalignment in one area creates friction somewhere else.

That’s Organizational Ascension.

@oscension is a seven-layer framework for tracking and measuring how the parts of an organization relate to the whole—connecting purpose, people, and performance.

Because alignment can be measured.

We need a NEW system of human energy that is fair and allows you to retain that which belongs to you. The current system is stealing from you. by @onenonjon

Great companies rarely fail because of one mistake.

They fail when misalignment spreads across the system.

LEGO rebuilt its foundation — and the entire organization came back to life.

Alignment isn’t mystical. It’s measurable.

Meditation for long periods over a short time frame can breed deep insight, these are the core lessons I learned:

1) Deep silence cleanses what the intellect and therapy couldn’t — it shook out stored pain and made my body feel lighter.

2) Pain is part of the work: face sensations without reacting, and they arise and pass. Acceptance heals.

3) Craving, aversion and ignorance are the root of much misery — bodily sensations are signals of those patterns.

4) Trauma lives in the body and drive unconscious behavior; bringing awareness to sensation loosens them.

5) Conscious breathing is the gateway to presence — it shifts you from autopilot to intentional thinking, feeling and acting.

6) Healing and spiritual growth are linked — removing obscurations reveals more of your true, loving self.

7) Raising your vibration changes who and what you attract; it opens new opportunities and alignment with purpose.

8) Balance is essential: do the inner work, but continue to live, love, create and enjoy the gifts already present.

This hits differently! ✨
What do you think?

Our Father, who is in the Heavens,
may Your Name be hallowed.

May Your Kingdom come,
may Your Will be,
as it is in the Heavens,
even so be on the Earth.

Give to us today
the bread of our need.

And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And do not let us enter into testing,
but deliver us from evil.

For Yours is the Kingdom,
and the Power,
and the Glory,
unto the worlds and ages beyond.
Matthew 6:9-13

Lately I’ve been really fascinated by this concept of effortless action. A lot of that has to do with letting go of how I want my life to be and surrendering to what God has to offer to me. It’s much easier to say than to do. But one of the Key concepts is just saying yes to what feels aligned even if you don’t completely understand why. It’s about detaching from overthinking and reconnecting with and following our intuition to guide us. Sometimes it can lead us a very dark places but these hard lessons almost always make us better, stronger and are worth the effort. This example of me assuming I was just taking your vow of silence for 10 days but end up having to meditate for 10 hours a day shows just that. I was not prepared for the situation but knew I was meant to be there to learn something, and it ends up being one of the greatest experiences of my life. 🙌

We all receive a “call to adventure” in life—that inner pull toward our true purpose, the signs pointing us to our destiny. It’s the dream we can’t shake, the passion that lights us up, or the quiet knowing that there’s more for us.

But too often, fear steps in: fear of failure, the unknown, leaving comfort behind, or not being “enough.” We refuse the call, staying safe... but stagnant. As Joseph Campbell describes in the Hero’s Journey, refusing this summons turns the adventure negative—we become victims of boredom or regret, never stepping into who we’re meant to be.

The truth? We’re infinitely better off surrendering. Listen to the signs, trust the pull, and say yes—even when it’s scary. Start small: notice synchronicities, take one brave step, lean on faith or intuition. Overcome fear by facing it—replace “what if I fail?” with “what if I fly?”

Your destiny isn’t forcing you; it’s inviting you to become your fullest self. Answer the call. The adventure awaits, and it’s worth it. ✨ by @onenonjon

“The Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13) contains seven core petitions, and in some modern esoteric and mystical traditions, these are mapped to the seven chakras — the energy centers described in ancient yogic philosophy.
This approach views the prayer as a descending path of divine light, moving from the highest spiritual awareness down through the body to ground and protect us.
A common symbolic alignment includes:
• Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name → Crown/Third Eye (connection to divine source and holiness)
• Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done → Higher centers or throat/heart (surrender to divine purpose)
• Give us this day our daily bread → Solar Plexus (personal provision and power)
• Forgive us our debts, as we forgive → Heart (love, compassion, reconciliation)
• Lead us not into temptation → Lower centers (protection from desire and trials)
• Deliver us from evil → Root (grounding, safety from harm)
This blending of Christian prayer with Eastern energy concepts is a contemporary interpretation — not found in traditional theology — but many find it a meaningful way to experience the prayer as a holistic alignment of spirit, mind, and body.
