✨ Sometimes, you meet students whose impact reaches far beyond the room they’re standing in.

That is exactly what Mina has done for our community. 💙

Through his willingness to share his college journey, scholarship strategies, and lessons learned, Mina has inspired students and families to dream bigger, start earlier, and believe that opportunities are within reach. 🎓✨

And the impact is already being felt!

Since his session, One WillCo has received calls and referrals from students who are eager to begin their own college journey. That is the power of a student choosing to share what he has learned and help the next student succeed. 🙌🏽

Thanks Mina for using your experience to pour back into our students and community.

At One WillCo, we are proud to support students who are making a difference — and we can’t wait to see where these students go next! 💙❤️ Go Big Blue TSU

🎥 Take a look at a few highlights from this powerful student-led session!

🎓 TODAY WAS AN AHA MOMENT!

Today, families walked away with more than scholarship tips. They walked away with a new perspective on what is possible.

Mina shared his journey toward his goal of becoming a trauma surgeon with the @dlwjinstitute @drleviwatkinsjrsociety Dr Levi Watkins program at @tennstateu Tennessee State University as a 2026 Cohort Student. The number that got everyone’s attention: over $1.8 MILLION in scholarships! 💰🎓He gave students and families an honest look at the preparation, discipline, and intentional choices it took to prepare for the road ahead.

But what stood out most was hearing the why behind his success. Mina shared stories of choosing to miss wrestling practice or a fun activity because an application deadline came first. He talked openly about vulnerability and the importance of showing admissions committees who you are, what you stand for, and what makes your story uniquely yours.

His maturity, kindness, resourcefulness, and authenticity were evident throughout the conversation. And families saw firsthand how learning to write impactful college essays can become a powerful tool for telling your story and opening doors.

There were so many aha moments in the room today. 💡

We were thrilled to see students, families, and friends representing Williamson County Schools and neighboring districts come together to learn, ask questions, share experiences, and leave inspired to forge ahead.

The money is out there. The opportunities are out there. Now it’s time to prepare, tell YOUR story, and go after it! 🎓✨

Thank you, Mina, for sharing not just your success, but the story, discipline, vulnerability, and preparation behind it. 🙏🏽❤️
