ONE CONVERSATION. ONE VOICE. ONE WILL TO CREATE CHANGE.

We are proud to highlight Revida Rahman, Co-Founder of OneWillCo, whose commitment to education, equity, and community continues to inspire meaningful conversations and action. These conversations matter.

Because change begins when we are willing to listen, learn, challenge what isn’t working, and stand together for something better.

Through OneWillCo, Revida and the team are working to help build a stronger, more inclusive future — one where education opens doors rather than creating barriers, where differences are respected, and where every young person has the opportunity to feel seen, valued, and empowered. 📧 info@onewillco.org

✨ Career Pathways ✨

Today’s session was an incredible opportunity to connect with over 30 professionals representing a wide range of careers. Students had the chance to ask questions, hear firsthand what a day in each profession is like, and learn about the education, skills, and experiences that helped these professionals reach their goals.

Thank you to everyone who shared their time, knowledge, and encouragement. Your stories inspired students to dream bigger, explore new possibilities, and take the next step toward their future careers!

Today, students worked in different groups to learn about HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) and PWIs (Predominantly White Institutions). Each group explored topics related to college readiness, shared ideas with one another, and participated in meaningful discussions. Students asked questions, reflected on their future college goals, and gained information to help them prepare for college. #college #hbcu #onewilco #brentwood #williamsoncountytn

Celebrating Women’s HERstory Month 💖

I was so fortunate to have a mom who always reassured me, grounded me, and reminded me of who I was, even in moments when I didn’t quite have the words for it myself. That kind of love and guidance shaped the woman I’ve become today.

As we come to the end of celebrating Women’s HERstory Month, my love and support is with all of the female-owned businesses out there. The women who took a leap of faith, who continue to show up, who pour into their dreams even on the hard days, you inspire me.

At SugaringNYC-Murfreesboro, we believe in the power of women supporting women. Women in business aren’t just building brands, we’re building communities, creating opportunities, and lifting each other higher every step of the way.

When women support women, incredible things happen.

Happy Women’s History Month❤️ Love, Karen #womensupportingwomen
