Sorry but it had to be said 😬

The more you rely on ‘6 week shreds’ to achieve your bikini body for your holiday, the longer you stay trapped in the cycle of yo-yo dieting, all-or-nothing thinking and starting over every few months

These programmes are NOT designed to teach you how to sustain results. They ARE designed to sell urgency.

Real transformations take patience, education & learning your body instead of punishing it.. & honestly, that’s the most empowering part.

Stop falling for marketing tactics & drop me a DM if you need any help on getting started 💜🐺 by @onewolfuk_coaching

I used to be scared to eat.

It took me years to understand that restriction and dieting are not the same thing. One was fear. The other was a plan.

Now I also coach women to use food as the tool it was always meant to be.

If you are stuck in restriction with no real plan behind it, that is not dieting. That is just suffering.

A healthy relationship with food is not a bonus. It is the foundation.

Your glutes aren’t the problem.. but your approach might be.

I was literally asking my body to grow… while doing everything to stop it.

My 3 main pillars to progress
1. intentional glute focussed training targeting all 3 parts of glute
2. spending real time in a growing phase
3. pulling back on cardio

This is also why all my girlies have bowling ball glutes

Shift work. Motherhood. Fat loss.

Caitlin is proving it’s possible with 10kg down so far.

Staff nurse & mum to a 2 year old.

So life doesn’t look like quiet mornings and endless free time.. It looks like long shifts, motherhood, exhaustion and a very full schedule.

But she’s still thriving in the process because organisation is key for her.

Cardio in the mornings. Training in the evenings. Meals prepped. Gym bag packed the night before.

Small habits done consistently & that’s why she’s seeing the results she deserves.

When Caitlin first joined the team, she told me she felt like she had completely lost herself after becoming a mum and had spent a long time just in survival mode.

We’re pulling her out of survival mode and back into living again.

So damn proud of you Caitlin & I can’t wait for more with you 💜🐺 by @onewolfuk_coaching

CELEBRATING ANGELA & MAKING MEMORIES IN THE PROCESS 🤍 📸

I honestly cannot give this lady enough credit for her photoshoot prep journey.

Angela faced challenge after challenge during this prep and not once did she say she was giving up.

I’ve never met someone who carries adversity with so much grace while still showing up for herself.

The mindset shifts, the hard weeks she worked through, our food dates & cocktails after milestones, our TWO photoshoots together.. the laughs.. the conversations.. the memories.

That’s what coaching is about.

Yes, we build physiques.. but more importantly.. we build people, belief and relationships

And I’m even prouder to have her part of this team.

Strength in numbers. Growth together. Memories for life.

Angela you are unreal and I am so incredibly proud of you 🤍 by @onewolfuk_coaching

Progress this year from the queen herself @girlgainzpersonaltraining

Coming into exciting new territory now with physique changing daily

First half of prep can be pretty boring monotonous stuff, similar to parts of off season & showing up consistently with no DRASTIC changes

Then when you get half way through prep & the physique starts changing rapid

Really proud of this girlie. Taking prep in her stride, running a business, showing up daily as her best version with 100% effort regardless of the rough seas that need to be sailed that day 🤣

Not finished the job yet and a very exciting few weeks ahead 💜 by @onewolfuk_coaching

OUR ANNUAL OWU SHOOT PICS ARE IN 📸 🐺

A room full of strong, driven, beautiful women who show up for themselves and for each other.

A portion of the community we’ve built here and it means everything to me 🤍

So proud of every single one of you.

Spam incoming (not sorry).

Advice from a non judgy coach 🖤

I very rarely throw opinions out on socials and that’s intentional.. I’d rather educate than shout.

GLP-1 agonists do have their place in both the medical field and the fitness industry & I believe they can genuinely change lives.

BUT watching influencers promote them with zero credentials, long-term understanding and zero responsibility is getting wildly out of control.

Mounjaro, semaglutide.. Yes, they can be effective for rapid, shorter-term weight loss.

The problem is.. longer term, many people end up terrified to reduce dosage or come off altogether.. with no foundations underneath them.

If this is a route you choose, please hear this.. Build your foundations alongside it.

Because medication without education is a ticking time bomb.

This isn’t judgement. It’s responsibility 💜 by @onewolfuk_coaching

SHOW DAY CHECK LIST 📝

Yes there is a reason why we bring suitcases to show day 😂

This is what I’ve always taken with me on each show day and knowing I’m fully organised keeps stress low

Hope this helps all you ladies who are first time competitors this year 💜 by @onewolfuk_coaching

Common question I get in my DMs..

Should I do cardio or weights first?

Ideally: separate sessions.

Lift when you’re fresh. Best performance, best output.

BUT… life isn’t perfect & we don’t always have the availability to split it up.. jobs, kids, other commitments..

So if you have to do both in one session?

Weights first. Cardio second. Always. by @onewolfuk_coaching

Not all wins will be visible from your 2025.. that doesn’t mean they don’t count 💜

Not just what you achieved.. but who you became in the process.

Hard years teach resilience.

Quiet years teach consistency.

Winning years teach belief.

And if your win wasn’t visible EXTERNALLY.. that doesn’t mean it didn’t matter.

2026 isn’t about noise or validation.

Ego fades. Pride in who you became doesn’t 🐺 by @onewolfuk_coaching

2025 round up 🐺

Me: smiling

Photoshoots: 26

Shows: 19

Physique transformations: 72

Posing clients on stage: 29

Weekends worked: 37

Miles driven: so many my car packed in 😂

Mental breakdowns: No comment (lol, jk)

I’d usually post a massive photo dump of the year.. but I run my business myself and I’ll keep it real that honesty my eyes are square today looking at a screen all day 😂

I’ll do a big round up post in January.. but for right now, I just wanna say a massive THANK YOU.

To all my coaching clients and posing clients in 2025.. this year wouldn’t have been possible without your trust, effort & belief in me. You all know who you are. I love you all more than you’ll ever know.

I live, love and breathe this job and this industry and I’m beyond proud to lead such an incredible team & every year we grow stronger together.

I look back at where I came from and sometimes I need to pinch myself.

Grateful. Proud. Ready for 2026 🐺 by @onewolfuk_coaching
