POSTS STORIES REELS

I’m Tayla and this is my story.

A vulnerable one, but one I’m pretty proud of.

Every single woman I work with gets the version of me that has lived through every extreme.. come out the other side and dedicated her career to making sure they never have to go through it alone.

This is what I do. This is why I do it.

💜🐺 by @tayla_onewolfuk

Is too much accountability a thing?

Short answer: Yes.

My job is to get you to the point where you don’t need me.

Not because I want you to leave, but because I want you to understand the WHY.

Why we adjust. Why the scale moves. Why one meal out changes nothing.

Following instructions is one thing. Understanding how to apply what you’ve learned independently is another.

Ask questions. That’s why we’re here.. But over time, they questions will come more from curiosity rather than fear..

If you want coaching that teaches you the WHY, my inbox is open.

Let’s crack on 💜 by @tayla_onewolfuk

2 weeks and I’ll be wrapping up my rookie Wellness season 🥹

I feel so, so at peace with how this season has unfolded.

Coming into this year, my only real goal was to step on stage and not look out of place in a division I’d spent the last 3 years working towards.

Everything else has been the cherry on top.

I’m someone who feels things deeply and probably thinks about them even more deeply..

And whilst from the outside you might just see a physique on stage, for me there’s so much more depth to it than that.

Three years of growth, personally and physically. Plenty of highs, a few lows, lessons learned and experiences I’ll carry with me long after this season is over.

I feel like I’m coming away from this year with so much more than trophies, and that means more to me than I can put into words.

Unbelievably grateful for it all.

Excited for these next 2 weeks, but equally excited for everything that comes after them too 🤍

I used to believe that if it didn’t hurt, it didn’t count.

Why did we all start believing growth had to be earned through suffering?

Having spent years in physique sport, I’ve seen where that mindset leads.

People work relentlessly towards something, reach it, and can’t enjoy a single second of it.

Because the whole journey was built on the belief that who they were before wasn’t enough.

But ambition doesn’t have to come from a wound.

It can come from a calm, grounded place where you know exactly what you want and trust yourself to go after it.

You can be soft and disciplined. Ambitious and content. Driven and at peace.

Somewhere along the way, we started confusing being content with being complacent.

If this resonates, sit with it for a minute…. by @tayla_onewolfuk

A short story from a self-confessed stubborn, fiercely independent woman who once thought she had everything figured out…

Here’s to letting people in, learning to lean on someone else and realising that independence, running a business, following your dreams AND being in love CAN coexist.

Especially when you find someone who makes you feel safe enough to be completely yourself 💜 by @tayla_onewolfuk

Always good to give back to others in the industry 🤝

3rd year in a row that I’ve had the honour of presenting at @irvingspeakperformancegym educational seminar for up and coming coaches, sharing knowledge, experiences & hopefully a little bit of inspiration along the way

2024: the importance of branding within your coaching business

2025: female considerations within physique development

2026: understanding and overcoming client plateaus

The more we continue to educate ourselves and each other, the better we can become for the people who put their trust in us

And that’s what it’s all about

Massive thank you to @ross_irvingsgym & @nikki_irving_ for hosting another fantastic year

For anyone who attended yesterday’s seminar, please feel free to drop me a DM and I’ll happily send over a copy of my presentation for you to refer back to 💜🐺 by @tayla_onewolfuk

I filmed this the day before the British Finals but was too nervous to post it lol

Isn’t it funny how we spend so long asking ourselves whether we belong in a room that we almost never give ourselves the chance to walk into it

A little reminder that self doubt doesn’t have to dictate what you’re capable of

Can’t thank everyone enough who has followed my journey and had such positive impact on me as I take these leaps of faith

Time to start believing in myself that I am in fact a wellness girlie now cos the journey isn’t over just yet 💜🌎 by @tayla_onewolfuk

2ND IN BRITAIN, WELLNESS 🇬🇧🥈

WHAT HAS JUST HAPPENED 😭

Beyond honoured to have stood on a British Finals stage alongside 12 absolutely beautiful women and some of the best athletes in the UK

I genuinely have no words to describe how I’m feeling right now. Just so grateful, so happy, so overwhelmed and every positive emotion under the sun

I’ve spent so much of this season digging myself into silly little holes of self doubt, questioning whether I was good enough and whether I even belonged in these line ups

A little reminder that self doubt doesn’t have to dictate what you’re capable of!!!

To everyone who encouraged me to step on stage over the last few weeks..

My fiancé, my family, my clients, my friends, my sponsors and my coach @jase_elite

I genuinely wouldn’t have this smile on my face without the people who have been in my corner

I love you all more than you’ll ever know and I am SO grateful 🌎💜

2nd in Britain. Still can’t quite believe I’m writing that 🥹🇬🇧 by @tayla_onewolfuk

Most people stop at the fat loss. Liv was only getting started.

Drop 10kg, tap into unknown potential and then move the goal post

Liv doesn’t mess around

Fat loss phase smashed. Now we’re easing into a lean growth phase before we push beyond anything she’s achieved in bodybuilding

This girl isn’t shy of hard work. She’d already dropped 30kg before working with me, but she knew there was a missing piece in the puzzle. That’s when we reached new territory

Time passes regardless. So we adhere, find new capabilities, excel within them and push the boundaries

2027.. Watch this space.

If you know there’s a missing piece in your own puzzle, my inbox is open. Let’s crack on. by @tayla_onewolfuk

Balance is brilliant. But it’s a misinterpreted goal at times.

Lifestyle or physique-based goal. Neither is better.

The problem starts when you mix them up.

Lifestyle effort with performance expectations leaves you frustrated.

Performance intensity when you only wanted to feel good leaves you burnt out.

Be honest about which game you’re playing, then play by its rules.
