2ND IN BRITAIN, WELLNESS 🇬🇧🥈

WHAT HAS JUST HAPPENED 😭

Beyond honoured to have stood on a British Finals stage alongside 12 absolutely beautiful women and some of the best athletes in the UK

I genuinely have no words to describe how I’m feeling right now. Just so grateful, so happy, so overwhelmed and every positive emotion under the sun

I’ve spent so much of this season digging myself into silly little holes of self doubt, questioning whether I was good enough and whether I even belonged in these line ups

A little reminder that self doubt doesn’t have to dictate what you’re capable of!!!

To everyone who encouraged me to step on stage over the last few weeks..

My fiancé, my family, my clients, my friends, my sponsors and my coach @jase_elite

I genuinely wouldn’t have this smile on my face without the people who have been in my corner

I love you all more than you’ll ever know and I am SO grateful 🌎💜

2nd in Britain. Still can’t quite believe I’m writing that 🥹🇬🇧
