The Big Idea Design Ti Manu is something special — BIG’s first collaboration with an outside designer, and they chose Kenny Onion Jr. to do it. Grade 5 titanium scales, S90V steel on a 3.25” blade, thumbstud open, your choice of phosphor bronze washers or caged ceramic ball bearings, and that signature 2-screw BIG design that keeps everything impossibly clean.

📏 3.25” blade | S90V | Grade 5 Ti | Deep carry Ti clip | 7.5” overall

Inspired by the Manu bird. Designed by lineage. Built to carry daily taken in Bend, Oregon by @onionjr

🦜 @bigidesign flicked us the bird!
Designed by the amazing and talented @onionjr the new Ti Manu is truly a hard use knife, with some sassy curves. Honestly the Manu has the best out of the box action of ANY blade I have ever handled that is running on washers. Its dialed in absolutely perfectly 🤌. And if you prefer bearings, well those come in the box too!

The first batch of Ti Manu pocket knives is almost gone! This design is quickly becoming a favorite. The dual pivot options with the incredibly slicey and capable modified drop point. In S90V to top it all off! Such an honor to work with @onionjr on this folder! Available now on bigidesign.com taken in Chattanooga, Tennessee by @onionjr

Three pretty different flavors of Big Idea Design.

The Pocket Knife 2 is the one that really pulled me into appreciating this side of EDC. The Manu is the newest one in the lineup for me and already feels like a very natural next step.

And then there’s the PPL Overlook. Small, snappy as heck, and way slicier than you’d expect from something this compact.

Different sizes, different personalities, same reason I keep coming back to Big Idea.

Not a bad little trio. by @onionjr

Feels appropriate that the Pocket Knife 2 got to open this one.

I backed the @bigidesign Ti Manu on Kickstarter pretty much the moment I heard about it. After how much I’ve enjoyed the PK2, and Big Idea Design stuff in general, there really wasn’t much hesitation.

S90V, titanium, a design by Ken Onion Jr., and the option to run it on washers or bearings. I was definitely curious to see how this one came together.

First impressions? Yeah, I’m glad I backed it.

Also, keeping this reel thing going. Slowly getting more comfortable on camera and having some fun with it. by @onionjr
