If you knew me even a little, you’d know my dog was my closest mate and my world. He was the best friend any boy or man could ask for. You were by my side for most of my life, 70% to be exact, which is insane. You grew up with me, from taking me to my primary school football games to sending my brother off to his wedding day. Twenty photos is nothing for the 18 years amazing years you gave us. Those 18 years were the best, You were the most perfect dog, I love you little guy. by @onlyfeniks

A year ago, I wrote a little film about a woman named Roxanne who, despite all odds, leaves her small town to chase something bigger than herself. ⭐️

Somehow, the miraculous @boog.webb came on board to direct, @jamesgreville to produce, along with an incredible crew who without them, the film quite literally wouldn’t exist.

We received so many generous donations from loved ones, a grant from @cityofgoldcoast and the community of Allora and Hoya generously opened their cafes, homes and locations to us.

It really does take a village to make a movie and I feel so incredibly grateful that we got to make this one. STAR GIRL is a reminder that sometimes with a little bit of delusion, anything is possible. Can’t wait to share more, but until then here’s some BTS. by @onlyfeniks
