Whoever prayed on our downfall pray harder

A year ago, I wrote a little film about a woman named Roxanne who, despite all odds, leaves her small town to chase something bigger than herself. ⭐️ Somehow, the miraculous @boog.webb came on board to direct, @jamesgreville to produce, along with an incredible crew who without them, the film quite literally wouldn’t exist. We received so many generous donations from loved ones, a grant from @cityofgoldcoast and the community of Allora and Hoya generously opened their cafes, homes and locations to us. It really does take a village to make a movie and I feel so incredibly grateful that we got to make this one. STAR GIRL is a reminder that sometimes with a little bit of delusion, anything is possible. Can’t wait to share more, but until then here’s some BTS.
