COMMITTED💛💙🦅!!!

I am extremely grateful, excited, and blessed to announce my academic and athletic commitment to Reinhardt University.

First, I want to thank Coach Melo and the Reinhardt Track Team for believing in me, seeing my potential, and recognizing how I can contribute to both personal and team growth. I also want to thank my school coaches, club coaches, teammates, and my community for their support. You all fueled me with the drive to push myself to my limits and helped me develop the mindset to strive to better myself every day.

I want to give a special thanks to my family and close friends for their constant support especially my mother. She has nurtured, cared for, and poured everything into me and my siblings, often without much support herself. She is my “why” and the reason I strive for greatness.

I am truly blessed for all the support I have received throughout this journey, and I will continue to work hard to make you all proud and to inspire others. This process took mental strength, discipline, patience, and everlasting grit, along with my God given ambition to make it this far.

Last, and most importantly, I give all the glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Throughout my journey, He has protected me and given me the strength to persevere, even when times felt difficult. He guides me to be different and to be a leader, just as He is. I pray that through this journey I can continue to strengthen my relationship with Him and show the world His love and faithfulness. I pray that His light shines through me as I grow as a Christian and as a person. He truly deserves all the glory.

I am beyond grateful and blessed to become an Eagle, and I am ready to be a leader, a brother in Christ, and an athlete who is prepared to do big things on and off the track. #reinhardtuniversity #reinhardttrackandfield
