Sometimes the things that make the biggest difference in athletic performance aren’t the loudest.

Simple yoga.
Controlled breathing.
Mobility.
Flexibility.
Learning how to control your body instead of just asking it to produce more force.

These are the details that elite athletes can’t afford to overlook.

And the biggest mistake is waiting until you’re a professional, injured, burned out, or spending millions on your training team to finally start working on them.

Start early.

Teach athletes how to breathe, move, recover, and control their bodies while they’re still developing. Build these habits into training before they become problems that need to be fixed.

Elite performance isn’t just about getting stronger, faster, or more powerful.

It’s about mastering the details.

The earlier you build them, the more valuable they become. 🧘🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️

Don’t wait until you need the solution. Build it into the athlete from the beginning.

Thank you @jenalynich for being an awesome instructor and thank you @legacysportcomplexcanton for being a second home!
