If your fork is running 100 PSI and you drop it to 98 to "test a softer setup," you're not going to feel a thing.

Try 120. Then try 80. Give yourself a real window to feel the difference. You need contrast to build a reference point, and small adjustments only make sense once you know which direction you're heading.
Riders are more adaptable than they think; you could ride a wildly different setup and still get home safely. So commit to making meaningful changes, ride a section you know well, and pay attention - that's how you learn what your bike actually needs.

We wanted to share what goes on behind the curtains of running a commercial coaching business in New Zealand. The shape of our industry is unique to our country, with several layers you may not find elsewhere.

All time Fall time! The tail end of our season saw us run a pilot race simulation performance camp, ride some unreal trails and take care of some final on-bike prep before overseas racing.
