Well, that was a fun course! Another crew absolutely smashing it - 3 days of riding, learning and having a good time. Can’t wait to see this lot out there helping people enjoy this awesome sport even more! Seven Mile once again providing the ideal venue for teaching and riding progression, thanks @qmtbc and volunteers! #gsmbc #mtbskills #mtbcoach

If your fork is running 100 PSI and you drop it to 98 to "test a softer setup," you're not going to feel a thing. Try 120. Then try 80. Give yourself a real window to feel the difference. You need contrast to build a reference point, and small adjustments only make sense once you know which direction you're heading. Riders are more adaptable than they think; you could ride a wildly different setup and still get home safely. So commit to making meaningful changes, ride a section you know well, and pay attention - that's how you learn what your bike actually needs. From a recent GSMBC Masterclass on suspension tuning with Rory Bingham of Onward MTB.

P2🥈 only 0.704 off the win @ixsdownhillcup Ilmenau Pretty sick track and some super tight racing, really happy to drop 2 secs off my seeding and a time that would’ve won U19 and be P8 in Elite men. @virisnukeproofracing @virisbrand @nukeproofbikes @maviccycling / @mavic_mtb @chickencyclekit @tld_bike / @tld_bike_uk @crankbrothers @pembreeuk @sprungsuspension @caersws_bike_park @juicelubes @fidlockbike @mudhugger2 @brobikenz @onward_mtb @peakin_high_performance @thegrizzlybearingco @cyclingnewzealand @mtbnz_official @qmtbc
