There’s a version of real estate where the goal is simply to get the deal done. But that’s never been the version we’re interested in.

Sometimes protecting a client means saying the thing that slows everything down. It means pointing out the problem in the house they already love, pushing back on a price that doesn’t make sense, or being the person who says, “I don’t think this is the right move,” when everyone else is ready to keep going.

Our job isn’t to protect the transaction. It’s to protect the person making it.

And sometimes the most valuable thing we can do as your real estate agent is make sure you don’t look back six months later and wish someone had been more honest with you.

If you’re buying or selling in Tampa and want an honest read on your situation, send us a message. We’ll tell you what we’d want someone to tell us if we were in your shoes.

We’re @onyxcollectivefl, local real estate agents helping people make smart decisions about buying and selling here.

Our job starts long before you ever do a house tour... 😉

By the time you tour a home you're excited about, we've already been working on your behalf behind the scenes.

Our job is making sure you know the real story first, why it's actually still sitting on the market and how flexible the sellers really are, so when you do walk in, you're walking in with the full picture.

If you've been thinking about buying and want someone who's already doing that work before you ever step inside, send us a message. We’d love to help.

This is the kind of Lutz listing that makes you check the price twice.
🏠 4 bed • 2 bath • 1,372 sqft

Step through that blue front door into a bright, open living area with high ceilings and a wood accent wall that adds just the right amount of character. The kitchen is the heart of it all, with granite countertops, white subway tile, stainless appliances, and a window over the sink looking out to the backyard.

Thoughtful updates run throughout, from the refreshed bathroom to the custom built-ins in the walk-in closet, so it feels fresh and move-in ready from day one.

And then there's the backyard 🌿 A screened-in porch for slow mornings, a big fenced yard with space to garden, play, or entertain, AND a detached, finished-out shed with its own front porch. Home office, art studio, gym, hobby room… you decide. A second storage shed keeps the tools and lawn gear out of the way.

If you've been looking for a home with room to breathe inside and out, this one's worth a closer look 👀 Comment HOME and we'll send you the listing details!

Looking at homes for sale around Tampa Bay? This one has the kind of backyard people put at the top of their wish list! 🤩

A pool and lanai overlooking a private preserve, a six-person Jacuzzi, a rebuilt outdoor kitchen, and a separate screened cabana for grilling.

Plus a massive upstairs bonus room with a bar and sunroom, and it sits in Nature's Ridge, a gated community of just nine custom homes with a resort-style amenity center a short walk away.

This is the kind of home I'd send to someone who told me "I want a house that's actually good for hosting."

📍 21228 Quiet Haven Ct, Land O' Lakes
5 beds | 5 baths | 4,922 sq ft | $1,295,000

Ready to learn everything about it? Comment HOME and we'll send you the listing details.

Walking distance to Bayshore Blvd and 5 minutes from downtown Tampa at this price point? Sign. Me. Up. 👏

You get 2 beds, 2 baths, and 1,320 sq. ft. on Bayshore Boulevard, and it's actually close to everything you want to be doing when the weather finally cools off!

Most homes at this price make you choose: either you get the upgrades or you get the location. This one doesn't make you pick. 🔥

Comment BAYSHORE and we'll send the full details and more photos.

Buying a home in Tampa means having someone in your corner who does more than just send you listings. 🏡

Anyone can pull up a website and browse homes for sale.

What actually matters is having someone who knows when to slow things down and when to tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear.

Finding the house is the easy part. The real job is making sure it's the right one for you, and that you don't overpay or get burned along the way.

If you've been thinking about buying and want someone who'll do that with you, send us a message. We’d love to help.

Things we've shared with our Tampa clients who want to sell in 2026 🎯

- The "take it or leave it" era is over - Nationally, 44% of sellers made concessions to buyers in 2025. I'm seeing the same thing locally: sellers offer repair credits, support with closing costs and timeline flexibility.
- Not all homes are performing the same - Homes with a outdoor space for entertaining, character, and those one-of-a-kind quirks are highly sought after.
- Buyers have more options right now with inventory increasing.

If we haven't met, we're The Onyx Collective, Tampa locals and real estate advisors helping buyers, sellers & relocators confidently navigate this market.

Thinking about selling this year? Send us a message.

Selling your home in Tampa should never feel like a guessing game.🚫

When we sit across from a seller, we want them to know they’re getting the truth, even when it would be easier to say what sounds good in the moment.

Truthfully, that might mean having a pricing conversation that feels a little uncomfortable at first or taking a closer look at an offer before anyone celebrates too quickly.

Because the goal is not just getting your home sold, it’s making sure you feel informed, protected, and confident in the decisions you’re making along the way.

That's the bare minimum for us for every client we work with.

If you’re thinking about selling your home in Tampa, send us a message. We’d love to help you make a plan you feel good about.

The best texts we get as a Tampa realtor have nothing to do with buying or selling. 🤳

It’s when a past client texts us for the roofer’s number, asks where to go for date night, sends a photo from the kitchen they finished renovating, or tells us they finally tried that little spot we would not stop talking about.

That’s the part we love most about getting to work with our clients.

The house may be how we meet, but being someone you trust long after the keys are handed over is what means the world.

If you want a realtor who sticks around long after closing, send us a message. We’d love to meet you!

Happy Birthday to our incredible Autumn! 🎂

She's a powerhouse in this business—closing deals, leading with vision, and raising the bar for what it means to show up for clients. But outside the office? She's just as unstoppable: amazing mom, wife and the friend everyone wishes they had! 💛
