21 years together. ❤️

We’ve grown individually, grown together, and built a life that is so much bigger and more beautiful than when we first started.

When I stop and really think about it, I realize that I’m living so many of the things I once prayed and hoped for.

The life we have now is the life I once dreamed about. A home filled with love, two beautiful boys, memories, laughter, chaos, and a family that we created together ❤️

Happy 21 years to us. Here’s to everything we’ve built, everything we’ve been through, and all the memories and adventures still ahead.

I love doing life with you, my ride or die.

Now that it’s been a week since my show in Pittsburgh, I’ve had plenty of time to reflect on the entire experience and I have to say it’s truly been one of the most amazing and emotional weeks of my life…

Nothing I’ve ever achieved in life has pushed me in mind, body and soul anywhere near as hard as my pursuit for my IFBB Pro Card, not even my academic journey for my doctorate degree in physical therapy… Bodybuilding is an unforgiving sport that demands a 24/7 lifestyle and a never quit attitude, nothing is ever guaranteed and only the ones that are willing to pick themselves up off the ground time after time have a chance at reaching this goal and I have to say once it happens… it’s just the greatest feeling in the world, an unbelievable high of emotions that I hope everyone can experience just once in their life, no matter what your passion is, pursue your dreams as relentlessly as you can because crossing that finish line is just indescribable 🥹🙏

For me, this win was even sweeter because I never gave up on my dreams to do this on my terms and self-coach myself through it all, I know that a lot of people thought I was being stubborn and maybe in some aspects I was but I just believe in myself so much and I knew that if I put the time in to study every aspect of the game from supplements, training, nutrition, posing, etc I’d be able to make it one day… though of course I thought it would happen sooner than 9 years but I never stopped believing and that’s because so many of you never stopped believing in me…. So as I transition into this new chapter of competition in the IFBB, I plan on continuing this trend and will not stop believing in myself and my abilities and don’t get me wrong, even though I am self-coached I didn’t do this alone - I’ve had advice and tips from hundreds of people that have helped shape my abilities through the years and there’s no way I could’ve done this without them 🙏
