20 years ago today I asked her to be my girlfriend on the front steps of my house with a fortune cookie 🥠, fast forward to today and I still can’t get enough of this amazing woman that has been my shoulder to cry on, supported my dreams, mothered my son (and the new one to come 👶🏻) and has shown me unconditional love. She’s no doubt the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I’ve only grown to love her more over the years ❤️ I hope everyone can find a love like the one I’ve found from @ooitsroxie - Happy Anniversary Honey 🍯 ☺️

Wade is a self coached IFBB Pro! He is a phenomenal athlete with incredible determination and a wealth of knowledge within the fitness and bodybuilding world. But his athletic qualifications and qualities are not what makes him extraordinary. In fact, it's his tremendous heart and kind soul that makes Wade the super human that he is. A true family man who loves his son and wife unlike anything on this planet. ♥️

Now that it’s been a week since my show in Pittsburgh, I’ve had plenty of time to reflect on the entire experience and I have to say it’s truly been one of the most amazing and emotional weeks of my life…

Nothing I’ve ever achieved in life has pushed me in mind, body and soul anywhere near as hard as my pursuit for my IFBB Pro Card, not even my academic journey for my doctorate degree in physical therapy… Bodybuilding is an unforgiving sport that demands a 24/7 lifestyle and a never quit attitude, nothing is ever guaranteed and only the ones that are willing to pick themselves up off the ground time after time have a chance at reaching this goal and I have to say once it happens… it’s just the greatest feeling in the world, an unbelievable high of emotions that I hope everyone can experience just once in their life, no matter what your passion is, pursue your dreams as relentlessly as you can because crossing that finish line is just indescribable 🥹🙏

For me, this win was even sweeter because I never gave up on my dreams to do this on my terms and self-coach myself through it all, I know that a lot of people thought I was being stubborn and maybe in some aspects I was but I just believe in myself so much and I knew that if I put the time in to study every aspect of the game from supplements, training, nutrition, posing, etc I’d be able to make it one day… though of course I thought it would happen sooner than 9 years but I never stopped believing and that’s because so many of you never stopped believing in me…. So as I transition into this new chapter of competition in the IFBB, I plan on continuing this trend and will not stop believing in myself and my abilities and don’t get me wrong, even though I am self-coached I didn’t do this alone - I’ve had advice and tips from hundreds of people that have helped shape my abilities through the years and there’s no way I could’ve done this without them 🙏

Since we’ve gotten back home from Pittsburgh I have been completely overwhelmed by the love and support of family, friends and the entire @cultfitnesslv fam 😭 you all have no idea how much gratitude and appreciation I have for you all… it’s just felt like a dream every since I’ve gotten off that stage on Wednesday 😮‍💨 I just wanted to share the video footage from the event with you all and will still make my official post-show post soon…. I want to say thank you again for making this one of the most amazing moments of my life and being such a big part of achieving this decade long dream 🙏
